The Transition

Quickly emerging from Sunland Park, FL is Broward County's best kept secret, JayHitUp. The undeniable spitter has surfaced himself on to the scene with a series of freestyles leading up to each of his highly anticipated albums to date. Fun Fact: Remember the guy that went viral for putting a USB in Da Baby's back pocket when he was performing?! Yeah, this is that guy. If anything, it should really speak volumes to his diligence in this industry. Since then, Jayhitup released his "Heartless" album in 2021. For many fans, this album solidified them to his fanbase. He let everyone in with visuals, stories, and documentaries of who he truly was during that project. At this point, Broward County Florida was all in. In 2023, Jayhitup released "Earthquake". This was a well done album done by him and producer friend, Pyrvmids. High expectations and comparisons were seemingly eccentric, but the project stood tall to all of it. Going forward with a larger than life persona, he released his most recent album "The Transition" in June of this year, 2025. The feedback has been incredible. Jayhitup is a refreshing addition to the genre and culture of Hip Hop. In the midst of all the noise, HitUp continues to broaden his lane and cumulate his fan base with consistency and work ethic.
